WE SHIP HAIR EXTENSIONS AND BESPOKE WIGS WORLDWIDE
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, we will endeavour to ship your Swank purchase as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 24 hours. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
By placing an order at Swank, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, SWANK HAIR COLLECTIONS does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. SWANK HAIR COLLECTIONS offers EXPRESS SHIPPING. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company for assistance.
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes. Our International carriers, DHL and Australia Post, will do their utmost to clear your order without having to pay taxes. However, if your order is charged you, as the customer, are responsible for paying the expense. We do not receive anything from this payment rather it goes to the government custom regulators.
Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.
Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:
- Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider
- Shipping address is different from billing address
- Order total is greater than a designated value.
